  • What is your Invest - Learning & Development program?

    Learning & Development (L & D) involves analyzing a situation and making learning recommendations on how to improve a work unit’s functioning. Invest enables your organisation and your staff to move from ‘training’ to ‘learning’. Invest focuses on the outcome of learning programs, and ensures that the learning from the training programs is continuous & closer to the job.

    In addition to more than 70 training programs to choose from, Invest also includes our unique methodology to ensure that the learning gathered from our training programs are absorbed and applied in day-to-day work life through refresher eLearning sessions, coaching, mentoring, process analysis, etc.

  • What is unique about Invest training?

    We make sure that the trainings are delivered in the most appropriate manner making all participants feel part of it. In addition to mandatory pre and post training evaluation workshops with participants, a free e-learning refresher training is provided to all participants after 6 months of successful completion of each training program.   • What training programs are offered with Invest, and when?

    We do not conduct public training courses as part of Invest. Our courses are tailored to suit the development needs of individual organizations and its employees, and therefore the trainings are scheduled as per our client’s requirement.

    We provide customized competency-based programs on a variety of topics, including Career Planning, Human Resources Processes, Procedures and Systems, Financial Planning, Supervisory, Management and Leadership Development, Professional Development and others.   • What is the cost of an Infocuz training session?

    Our training services are constantly benchmarked against industry, and we are committed to provide you the best available options in pricing as well as in the quality and contents of the program. Training costs depends on the circumstances, but usually three elements should be considered, namely (i) event and venue management (ii) cost of the training facilitation team (iii) participants’ logistical costs. We do not charge for providing advice on your training needs and its analysis.

  • What is the best size for audience per Infocuz training session?

    We recommend participation in the order of 15-20 persons, as we suggest to allocate substantial course time to exercises by small groups, which cannot easily be managed for larger audiences.

Priya Padmajith

An MBA graduate and Human Resource Professional with CIPD qualification, Priya carries with her experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions. With hands-on experience in handling Recruitment, Induction, Employee Orientation, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, Performance Management, HR Database Management, HR Policy & Procedures, and HR day to day operations, Priya leads the Infocuz Vision in delivering quality and value creating service to the Infocuz clients.

Starting her career in the UAE handling recruitment for one of UAE's largest telecom service provider. Priya furthered her career in Human Resources with TNT Express and matured her HR skills with the Hay Group before venturing into realising her vision in HR through Infocuz.

Sijo George

Principal Director to Infocuz, Sijo is the CEO of StartupVillage, India’s first Public-Private-Partnership model Technology Business Incubator, directly promoted by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India

With an MBA in Marketing and Strategy and a Mechanical Engineering degree, Sijo serves as Mentor and business consultant to several startup firms in the digital media, web and mobile space. He also serves on the Director Board of a few of those companies.

In his role as the Director to Infocuz, he interacts with thought leaders and Infocuz clients from both the public and private sector, as well as with the general public, in order to get strategic and valuable insights for the various projects Infocuz is associated with.

Saleem Abdul

With several years of sales and marketing experience in diversified industries across the UAE, Saleem understands the business needs, growth aspirations and HR needs of the Small and Medium enterprises in the UAE. Saleem leads the Infocuz mission to identify Businesses that aspire to enhance their Human Resources program through external support.

Tresa Ramkumar

An accounting graduate with specialization in Business Management, Tresa brings to Infocuz her experience in establishing and managing administrative management processes and handling client relations. Tresa's experience ranges from dealing in a regional role with high networth clients in the Airline Industry, designing and implementing processes and process improvements and in the area of quality assurance.

After working in the airline industry for nearly 10 years, her inspired vision for Infocuz was an encouragement that was derived from UAE's positive outlook towards life and businesses and from a dream to enhance the Human Resources practices across the business community in the UAE.

V K George

An MBA graduate from the University of Cochin in 1975 and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Management from the Indian Institute of Management in 1982, V. K.George worked as Regional Director and Associate Professor in the Institute of Management in Government (IMG) for more than 20 years engaged in the training and development of Govt. and public sector employees. George retired from IMG in the year 2005.

George also holds a Diploma in Advanced Study in Training and Development for Public Sector from the Victoria University of Manchester and a Diploma in Training Management from the Institute of Training and Development, London,UK in 1987. His areas of specialization are Organizational Behavior, Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship Development.

George leads the Infocuz advisory board which includes senior professionals with several years of experience in the establishment and governance of Small and Medium enterprise, international exposure to training, learning and development, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Process re-engineering and strategic planning.
